Ello all! So life's been busy... I got from Crossover Fest this past weekend, worn and tires, and went to work on Monday :) I feel finally caught up though... So I've come up with a way to keep blogging, so please keep checking back. I will attempt to keep posting :)
In other news: my website is up and ready to also be worked on by me :)

The new google pages is really nice! I like it's simplicity.
My sister (Jess) is getting married. WOOHOO! I'm really happy for her and Rich. The fun part is it's next month :) July 12th to be exact. So I'm preparing to head up there for that! should be fun!
That's all I'm writing for now, so please check later!

moving on up
So my other blog has been hosted here for a while (http://mrdiscoman.blogspot.com/) and now since I don't use that email much anymore, I decided to start anew. :)
You might think this is an odd name for a blog, but isn't that the point? Here's my thoughts on the name:
I think alot of times about what life was like "way back when"... ya know, somewhere between 1500 BC and 1500 AD... How did people survive?? How did they go anywhere on foot? Without a DVD player!!! Without email and itunes and gameboys!?!?!?
must have sucked right? Well, I really don't think so... I think technology is GREAT! I work in this field, I live in this field, and I know alot about this field that the average person doesn't, so why would I not like technology?
So Many people live and work in the "GET IT DOWN NOW" state of mind, that no one enjoys life. So many people are so consumed by just getting it done, that they don't think about why they do things a certain way, or try something new. How many times do you go to work the EXACT same way? Have you ever tried a different way? Have you ever looked out your side window at what you're driving past, rather than only focused on the idiot in front of you who's only going 33 in a 30!!!!
Back to the original thought: How did people live "way back when". the answer is this: I don't know, I wasn't around.... :)
So the purpose of asking that questing isn't to find out how someone else does things, but why do I do things a certain way, with a certain frame of mind, or from a certain perspective.
I guess this is why I'm weird... the question I pose to you is this:
Are you sure I'm the weird one?
:)
more to come later!
